Their gorgeous Chardonnay certainly shows lots of lavish fruit on a cool, crisp palate. Medium-weight in structure, you’ll find refreshing apple, stone fruit and citrus flavours. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented in old French oak barrels. Left on lees for six months. Perfect for lunch with poached chicken and a Waldorf salad.

Bush Chardonnay is an elegant and alluring expression of contemporary Australian Chardonnay. A nod to the past using traditional techniques including wild fermentation combines with modern winemaking style. Lively cool climate fruit with fresh varietal flavours of nectarine, white peach and grapefruit. Subtle French oak adds perfumed spice and a creamy texture to the mouthfeel.

Petaluma Croser is one of the true premium quality sparklings produced in Australia. This Croser is subtle and refined on the nose and supported by lovely melony fruit on the palate and a clean crisp finish. Fresh and aromatic Hesketh Sauvignon Blanc has the Bouquet of assorted citrus. Intense limey notes, with hints of grapefruit zest. A young and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc showcasing freshly cut granny smith apples, the trademark elegance of the Adelaide Hills region.

Geoff Weaver Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills is quite possible the region's best example of this aromatic variety. The bouquet shows lifted varietal characters of green pea and passionfruit and the palate is textured and long.

The colour is vibrant pale yellow with hues of gold. The aroma is like spring in the Adelaide Hills. A veritable ripening of stone fruit, especially white peaches and nectarine in the market gardens, butter melon, rock melon and cooking leeks in butter. The French oak smells are a terrific frame for the stone fruit. Overall it has a 3 dimensional quality to the aromas, ripening stone fruit and some creamy & succulent French oak.
