Mojo Sauvignon Blanc is made from premium Sauvignon Blanc grown at various vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this wine shows lifted fruit salad characters with touches of grassy herbaciousness and finishes with superb length.

This value for money Chardonnay from regions in South Eastern Australia shows aromas of stone fruit with hints of pineapple and toasty oak. On the palate this refreshing white displays a rich texture with peach and pineapple flavours and a long, pleasant finish.

Wolf Blass Red Label Premium Cuvée has had a long and distinguised history at major wine shows in the past, where this value-for-money sparkling shows qualities well above its station. Containing a depth and complexity with refreshingly dry characters of stone fruit with soft yeast-derived toastiness and lasting minerality. A great dinner starter.

The grapes for this lipsmacking wine are grown in Orange, 950 metres above sea level. This crisp, cold, but sunny climate is the perfect place to grow Riesling. Low temperatures retain varietal vibrancy and minerality while the sunshine drives the production of rich tropical fruit, resulting in a wine of immense flavour and character.

The grapes are grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. Peter Logan’s Sauvignon is a very pale golden colour, and he coaxed vibrant aromas of guava, meyer lemon, sage and white flowers, backed up by a gently textured palate with generous lashings of ripe passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit.
