Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). Innocent Bystander Moscato is taking the country by storm! Now available in full-size, 750mL bottles, this vibrant and exciting wine is lighter in alcohol with green apple and fairy floss characters that leap out of the glass. This is sweet, fun and unashamedly easy drinking. Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.

Aromas of violets, spice, ripe blueberries and boysenberry, with hints of mocha oak. The palate shows fresh fruits of red cherry, fresh cranberries with savoury chalky tannins which give length and finesse.
