The grapes are grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. Peter Logan’s Sauvignon is a very pale golden colour, and he coaxed vibrant aromas of guava, meyer lemon, sage and white flowers, backed up by a gently textured palate with generous lashings of ripe passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit.

The Limestone Coast was under the sea for over 25 million years. The Pike brothers established Pikes winery in the Polish Hill sub-region of the Clare Valley in 1984, renovating an old stone shearing shed to house their winery and cellar door.
