The Houghton story goes back as far as 1836 and since those early beginnings, they have been responsible for some of the finest wines made in this country. The Late Picked Verdelho shows aromas of tropical fruit leading to a palate that is full, soft and fruity with good texture. A very versatile wine, try with spicy Thai dishes or crème caramel.

This Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a pale straw colour in a glass with a lively green hue. The fruity bouquet exudes sharp aromas of gooseberry and kiwi fruit. This light-bodied wine contains flavours of crisp apple and tropical fruit. It tastes best chilled and is a refreshing summer drink.

This is classic Clare Riesling that has come directly from one of the finest exponents in this legendary, boutique Aussie hotspot. A very high quality, pristine Riesling, bursting with all those classic lemon, lime and floral notes.

The grapes for this lipsmacking wine are grown in Orange, 950 metres above sea level. This crisp, cold, but sunny climate is the perfect place to grow Riesling. Low temperatures retain varietal vibrancy and minerality while the sunshine drives the production of rich tropical fruit, resulting in a wine of immense flavour and character.

The grapes are grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. Peter Logan’s Sauvignon is a very pale golden colour, and he coaxed vibrant aromas of guava, meyer lemon, sage and white flowers, backed up by a gently textured palate with generous lashings of ripe passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit.

In keeping with the Australian cool climate style of Riesling, the Murrumbateman Riesling is a particularly dry and refreshing wine. Flavours of lemon and citrus are complimented by notes of green apple. Murrumbateman Riesling is clean and fresh on the palate. Very refreshing to taste.

Sourced from regions throughout Australia, Midnight Collective Pinot Grigio is light and fresh with lifted tropical fruit and pear aromas that follow onto the palate leaving a crisp refreshing finish.

Greedy Bird Moscato is a lighter bodied wine with rich, fresh summer fruits and grape flavours on the palate, with a sweet muscaty characteristic to it. A gentle spritz gives the palate a lively finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a dry medium body and intensity of dragon fruit and ripe peach, This crisp wine promises to deliver a lasting finish.
