Marco Cirillo, the guru of Grenache. A true artisan, Marco is the custodian of some of oldest Grenache vines in the world and remarkably he tends to each of the old, gnarly bush vines by hand, some standing 6-feet tall! The resulting Grenache that makes The Vincent has beautiful, fine grained tannin along with fruit that is remarkably vibrant and appealing to the palate.

Deep red in colour, The Brunette opens up with aromas of aniseed and spicy oak. Expect a palate full of red berries backed up by aniseed and liquorice. 'From a single vineyard in the Moppa district, a striking shiraz with deep, bright purple-red colour and youthful, undeveloped cherry aromas. The palate is full-bodied and fleshy, soft and superbly textured, with ample, persistent tannins and terrific length. Elegant yet powerful. It will reward cellaring. Huon Hooke | Good Food.

Established in 1890, Château Tanunda sits upon the site that saw the first plantings in the Barossa Valley, back in the 1840's. The grand château itself is a heritage icon and has recently been restored to it former glory. 'The Château' Shiraz is sourced solely from the Vine Vale vineyard and after picking spent 10 days on its own skins to extract colour, flavour and tannin. 18 months in a mixture of old and new French and American barriques and hogheads has produced a wine of opulence and serious concentration while still retaining balance and elegance.

A delicous, vibrant mid weight wine displaying all the generosity of flavour the Barossa is renowned for. The Barons of Barossa is an association of more than 90 men and women focused on promoting Barossa wine and food and maintaining the heritage, lifestyle, and traditions of this great region. Glaetzer The Bishop Shiraz, Barossa Valley Bishop is the family name of Colin's wife' Judith. Fittingly the sign of Venus, a symbol which has come to represent women and feminine energy, is the centrepiece of the Bishop label. Exceptional old vine fruit was sourced from the famed Ebenezer sub-district at the northern tip of the Barossa Valley. Vine age 35120 years old. Yield 3 tonnes per hectare.

Light to medium density with bright red hues. Lifted red berry, bramble, cherry fruit notes – very attractive aromas. The palate starts out with crunchy red fruits complimented by the whole bunch used in fermentation and the French oak used. Lovely ripe tannins with a fresh acid backbone to carry the flavours right to the finish. The lingering after taste makes for a very enjoyable Pinot Noir.

Château Tanunda's Newcastle combines Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan and Cinsault for this Rhône styled Barossa Valley red blend. The wine is deep and dark in colour with big, juicy aromas with a hint of vanilla and French oak. This juiciness is continued onto the palate with raspberries, dark stone fruit and some light tannins. The structure is super smooth leading to a long, elegant finish.
