Fine Armagnac from the house of Delord. Distilled in 1979 and barrel aged until its recent bottling. You can appreciate the seven mystical Armagnac notes of nut, peach, violet, lime, vanilla, plum and pepper from this excellent Armagnac house that was established in 1893.

Appearance: Oloroso, brilliant clarity, 8/10 viscosity.Nose: Big baked stone fruits and dark vanilla, old oaked sherry, and warm caramel with crisp toffee. Very old oak and sweet tobacco.Taste: Very big, round and smooth, concentrated dark malts with sherry, a hint of dark chocolate, brittle toffee and licorice.Finish: Long, warm sherried and old oak

Nose: Vanilla, butter rich, baked apple, baking biscuits, plum and almond. Palate: Soft velvety sweetness reminiscent of shortbread with a rich mouth coating, vanilla sweetness, with lightly toasted marshmallow, dried oranges, fig and cinnamon. Finish: Medium finish with sweet butterscotch and freshly baked biscuits.

Shinobu Lightly Peated 10 Yo Pure Malt WhiskyShinobu Lightly Peated Pure Malt whisky NAS and 10Y are the first peated whisky to be released by Shinobu distillery. Famous for imparting rich, honeyed flavors of apples, pears, cloves and nutmeg, Mizunara Oak has been used in Japan since the 1930s and is now sought-after by whisky makers around the world.
