Patient Wolf is born from a belief that well-crafted and considered things have no fear of time. The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

Adelaide Hills Distillerys Sunset Gin is inspired by those closing moments in the day that throw panoramic views across the sky. This vision slowly morphs and changes, continually captivating the viewer. Fresh red berries with subtle hints of pine and eucalyptus, further botanical integration adds depth and complexity to give the finish great balance and intensity. Our Bespoke Gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. Big, dry and peppery. Big Dry has notes of rosemary thyme, kaffir lime and sage, but what sets this gin apart is the jalapeno we use to give it that extra kick. The intenseand robust flavours complement the dry taste of the juniper berries. This style lends itself to a martini or as a G&T with a slice of jalapeno and coffee beans.

Twelve botanicals, some from our own distillery garden, make up this punchy gin. Rhubarb, bay leaf, apple and cloves give a savoury zing on the palette. This style pairs well with just about anything green and leafy, our suggestion is some fresh basil and a quality, floral tonic water. Great for cocktailmaking & mixing.

No. 8 showcases the zesty citrus flavour of South Australias very own organic Riverland oranges. This botanical gin is soft and smooth on the palette. The citrus notes are complemented by the distinct flavour of star anise and coriander seed. Enjoy with a quality, floral tonic water and a slice or two of dehydrated organic orange.

Handcrafted in Cairns, containing thirteen botanicals. The dry botanicals are steeped overnight - juniper, coriander seed, anjelica root, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, cardamom and macadamia. Locally sourced ruby grapefruit, mango, finger lime, lavender and mint are vapour infused in the gin basket.The result is a perfectly balanced citrus-for-ward summer gin. Impression Bay Distillery is located on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Our First Impression Gin is made in the London Dry style and incorporates not only traditional botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cassia bark and lemon myrtle but also our three, fresh, locally grown aromatic botanicals, Mountain Pepper berry, Saltbush and Kunzea. These botanicals are vapour infused in the last stages of distillation in our German still, preserving their subtle aromas and flavours. First Impression Gin is smooth, well balanced and unlike some other gins, crafted to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. 42%ABV.
