The grapes are grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas in Orange. Peter Logan’s Sauvignon is a very pale golden colour, and he coaxed vibrant aromas of guava, meyer lemon, sage and white flowers, backed up by a gently textured palate with generous lashings of ripe passionfruit, lime and pink grapefruit.

Greedy Bird Moscato is a lighter bodied wine with rich, fresh summer fruits and grape flavours on the palate, with a sweet muscaty characteristic to it. A gentle spritz gives the palate a lively finish.

Our desire is to showcase Chardonnay’s strengths of delicious mouthfeel and length with it’s unique ability to effortlessly incorporate winemaking complexity and still maintain fruit purity. One of the truly great grape varieties.

POMERA Chardonnay is chosen for its ripe peach character, bringing a fresh and approachable expression of South Australian Chardonnay. The palate is generous and juicy, with white peach, stone fruit and a rounded texture, while a small amount of oak adds just enough creamy vanillin complexity without overpowering the fruit. Bright, balanced and full of flavour, it is Chardonnay made to be easy to understand, easy to choose and easy to enjoy.

Yabby Lake's second label is most impressive; Chardonnay in the modern style - less oak and better acid structure. Textured and classy with matchbox flint, grapefruit and an extremely classy precision.

Mojo Sauvignon Blanc is made from premium Sauvignon Blanc grown at various vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this wine shows lifted fruit salad characters with touches of grassy herbaciousness and finishes with superb length.

Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.

This wine has an array of fruit flavours of melon, fig and peach, these flavours are complimented by spicy oak, the wine finishes soft yet full, with good length.

Named after the patriarch of the Tate family, the Alexanders Vineyard Chardonnay is sourced from the heart of Margaret River and was chosen due to Chardonnay's love and suitability to the region.
