Mars Wa Bi Damask Rose Gin
Floral and aromatic on the nose, fresh and soft texture with delicate sweetness, and an elegant crisp finish.The key botanicals apart from juniper berries for this gin (green tea, shiso and ginger) are grown locally in Kagoshima Prefecture in South Japan on the island of Kyushu. The original gin is blended with beautiful rose water which is made with organic and local Damask rose flower, which is considered the queen of roses.

Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin is born in Kagoshima from a base of locally grown rice that is distilled into a traditional shch spirit. We redistill our shch with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aroma that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.
Eikun 70 Junmai Sake
This junmaishu is made with the aim to create a during-a-meal sake that does not feel heavy. It has a clear, crisp, and light taste, making it a versatile sake that goes well with a variety of dishes. When served cold, it has a mild dryness and crispness, and when warmed, the rice flavor is enhanced and the taste becomes deeper. It is a versatile sake that can be served cold or warmed, but the brewery recommends that it be served lukewarm. It can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures to suit your taste and cuisine.
Nikka Miyagikyo Peated Single Malt Japanese Whisky
Retaining the elegant warmth of Miyagikyo malt, peat brings out a mellow sweetness and more solid body. Nikka says it has the sweetness of raisins and dry cherries, and a light yet firm peatiness.
Echigozakura Junmai Daiginjo
Brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, this delicious shu from the appellation of Niigata is representative of the Niigata Tanrei style smooth, light and fresh. Aromas of white flowers and rose petals follow through to a palate of gentle acidity and balanced body with a clean and crisp finish. Match it with seared Bluefin tuna.

Hombo Shuzo Joto Chiran-cha Umeshu
Hombo Shuzo was established in 1872, and is located at the southern tip of the Satsuma peninsula in Kagoshima, on the island of Kyushu. They produce 'Imo' Shochu from freshly harvested local Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes which grow especially well in the southern Satsuma climate.
