Aroma - Heady scents of white fleshed fruit, especially pear and ripeapple, with floral and citrus notes. Palate - Dynamic and energetic on the palate, an aromaticsymphony with freshness as the conductor and a savoury tang asaccompaniment. Notes of tropical fruit provide a final flourish. Food Pairings -An excellent aperitif but also a very versatilecompanion to many different foods. Seafood starters, fish dishes,flavorsome soups and white meats. Cloudy Bay has produced a Sauvignon Blanc of vibrant intensity. The characteristically uplifting aromas of kaffir lime, lemon zest and nectarine, with the floral notes of orange blossom on the nose; A weighty texture of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone with a finish that is crisp and clean on the palate. The wine has elegant line and length; refined, fleshy yet focused and refreshing.

Stonier is a master of regularly providing excellent cool-climate Mornington Chardonnay at a very reasonable price, the last coule of vintages proving to be exceptional! Fresh and delicate with sherbet and citrus flavours, short term cellaring will be repaid.

Ruby red colour with violet dark hints. Intense, complex, fruity aroma, with notes of small red fruits, cherries and blackberries. Velvety and soft texture, warm and quite tannic. with long persistence. Excellent with savory pasta dishes, lamb, game with rich sauces, seasoned cheeses.

Poole's Rock Chardonnay gives refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.
