Lanson Blanc de Blancs Champagne was created by winemaker Herve Dantan, when he joined the Lanson House back in 2013. It combines the freshness style of Lanson champagnes with the delicacy of the Chardonnay. The grapes come from the best Chardonnay crus in Champagne including Oger, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Vertux. It is made with 40% reserve wines from Grands and Premiers Crus matured in Oak Cask and gets aged for 5 years in the Lanson House cellars before getting released.Lanson Blanc de Blancs is a gold luminous champagne with fine and lively bubbles. The nose reveal aromas of fine pastry, frangipane notes, candied citrus and fresh pear. On the palate this champagne is precise and generous, with flavours of candied lemon, almond, nougat and honey and a long finish.

Lively and full on the palate, underlined by balanced, measured oak aromas. A delicious, harmonious, well-balanced finish.

This wine presents with a bright, straw yellow color and a lively stream of fine bubbles. On the nose, delicate aromas of white peach, citrus fruits, and orange blossom mingle with hints of hazelnut and sweet spices. The palate is full and generous, mirroring the fresh fruit notes from the nose, and culminating in a complex and delightful finish.

One of the oldest and original Champagne houses, Gosset was founded by Jean Gosset in 1584. Located in the heart of Montagne de Reims, Champagne Paul Louis Martin is blessed with an outstanding Grand Cru vineyard site that faces due South on chalky soil and is protected by North winds from the mountains adjoining the region. The Grand Cru Champagne is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay and delivery a complex, full flavoured Champagne with a fine notes of dried fruits along with hazelnuts and almonds. Rich and palate covering, this is a boutique style sparkling wine best suited to intensely flavoured cuisine.

The Taittinger Champagne house in Rheims was founded in 1734, and this recent, fine-bubbled descendant echoes that distinguished history. The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey. Taittinger Brut Réserve, which acquires its maturity during three and four years ageing in the cellar, offers excellent aromatic potential.
