Translucent cherry color. The nose offers up aromas of ripe cherries, plum juice and pomegranate with spice endnotes. Flavors of sweet cherries intermix with pomegranate and plum juice followed by some spice on the medium dry finish. Brisk acidity with an aftertaste of sweet cherries, plum juice, pomegranate, and light spice.

Displays rich yet elegant characters of red cherries, redcurrants and strawberries and cream. Tremendous mouthfeel which wraps around a pristine, lengthy acid line. This bone-dry wine is a perfect wine to enjoy chilled on a warm summers day.

Delicate pale salmon hue. Lifted floral aromas mixed with freshly picked strawberries. The Pawn Wine Co. began in 2002 as an experiment between friends - winemaker Tom Keelan and vigneron David Blows. The pair saw that alternative grape varieties were being used as blending tools by the bigger corporate wine companies instead of being stand alone artisinal Adelaide Hills wines of provenance. Tom and David realised the potential of these varietals to make old world wine styles and determined that they be allowed to shine in their own right. The first vintage of The Pawn received so many accolades, Tom set out to identify other idyllic viticultural sites and hand selected parcels of fruit within the Adelaide Hills to produce wines that are not only a bit unconventional, but enjoyable to drink, incredibly food friendly, and made in a style that reflects their true origins the ultimate in hand crafted, Adelaide Hills, Artisinal wine.

The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the caliber of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Turning their back on the famous studios of London and elsewhere, they came for the quality of the sound but also for the inspiration procured by this place that the current owners firmly intend to preserve.

Located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, Domaine de La Croix vineyards face the sea and enjoy optimal conditions for producing fresh and elegant wines. Full of finesse, this wine has lovely fruity notes of citrus, wild peaches and red berries. Long, fresh and round finish, perfect as an aperitif or to pair with grilled fish or prawns, roast meat and stuffed or grilled vegetables.

Oily and rich, yet pristine and super fine. The Estandon Saint Louis de Provence Rosé has earthy redcurrants, aniseed spice, crunchy acidity and a fleshy long finish that belies the brilliantly pale colour. It's a delightful summer drinking.

Sparklingly bright with a super pretty, very pale pink colour. Beautifully perfumed with dusty, delicate strawberry fruit aromas and some light, musk-like characters. A lovely palate with those dried strawberry fruit flavours beautifully balanced by the tiny touch of astringency. Fruity and definitely dry, it has the dusty, savoury characters from the Tempranillo component combined with the sweet summer berry fruit flavours from the Shiraz. Located in the Great Southern region of Western Australia, West Cape Howe was named after a famous coastal landmark nearby. It was founded in 1997 by Brenden and Kylie Smith before being sold to Gavin Berry (ex-Plantagenet) and partners. West Cape Howe source fruit from specific vineyards, and sometimes specific plots, throughout the maritime-influenced Great Southern wine region. Premium parcels of fruit come from their Langton vineyard, planted in 1978. It has some of the most mature vines in the whole Great Southern area. Senior winemaker Gavin Berry prides himself on creating innovative wines that reflect the diversity of the Great Southern region. He makes wines from Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, to name just a few. The wine styles vary from fresh and fruity, under the Western Australian label, to wines with a more regional focus, under the Great Southern label.
