Murray Street Artisan Cabernet Shiraz

A blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Shiraz matured in French oak hogsheads and barriques for 16 months. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark plum mix with liquorice, hints of cigar box, vanillin earth like notes and spice. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits flood the mouth with notions of toasty vanillin cedar, earth and spicy tobacco sitting underneath.
