A classic McLaren Vale Cabernet offering up aromas of dark, juicy blackcurrant, cassia bark, toasted anise, sage flower, dusty cedar and worn leather. It is an elegant Cabernet getting more exciting in the glass as it gets some air. A medium to full-bodied wine full of black olive and jubey fruit, firm, fine and textural tannins with spice and comfort redolent of Christmas pudding with warm brandy sauce.

The Chap is Ben Riggs interpretation of classic blending traditions. Tailor-made to each vintage, this wine is bespoke, well-cut and is an homage to past blending masters.

This Red Knot blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot displays rich aromas of cherries, blackberries and spicy herb undertones, followed by a rich and generous palate of dark chocolate and plum with a subtle finish of toasty vanilla oak. Enjoy now or can be cellared for the years to come.
