ThisShiraz is carefully crafted from fruit grown on our Riddoch Run Estate Vineyard. This fresh winedisplays dark forest fruits, cassis, pepper and spices, framed in bright aromatic oak.Fresh blueberries, rhubarb and dark chocolate are on show, along with a good depth of flavour, ripe and supple tannins provide a long finish.

The remnants of an ancient seabed formed the hard-packed Limestone base which atop sits the famous Coonawarra Red Terra-Rossa. Even today the marine life can be seen with the soft rock providing a natural filter for the water pooled in the aquifer below. A millennium in creation, it is these features combined that provide almost perfect conditions for premium grapes to grow. The ocean breeze still blows from the west providing the cool nights to compliment the warm days and development of flavour for our Coonawarra wines.

The wine has a deep purple and crimson colour with bright red hues. The Night Owl has lifted aromas of dark plum and blackberries covered with a blanket of fire toasted and chocolate oak. There is a depth of flavours with dark plum and forest fruits weaving through layers of mouth-coating yet fine tannins with pepper and spice mix holding through the finish.

Lifted aromas of blue fruits with a core of dark plum, this Coonawarra shiraz is overlaid with spice and hint of toasty oak. Rich plum and Forest berry fruits coat fine-grained tannins with fresh acidity holding the line until the very end.

The Rymill Coonawarra Classic Shiraz 2021 is a bold, full-bodied red wine from South Australia, crafted from 100% estate-grown, sustainably farmed Shiraz. Brimming with dark fruit, pepper, and spice, it delivers a rich palate of blackberries, chocolate, and earthy undertones wrapped in velvety tannins. Wynns Coonawarra Estate Shiraz reflects its terra rossa origins and enduring pedigree. After four years of ageing, the wine shows greater harmony and polish, with its structure and balance reinforcing its reputation as a reliably cellar-worthy classic that continues to reward patience.

This legendary Coonawarra Shiraz has evolved into a true masterpiece of smoothness. The vibrant "crunchy" berries and floral rose notes have mellowed into a deep, velvety richness, while the black pepper and French oak now provide a soft, warming hug of flavor. Once brooding and intense, it is now perfectly polished and approachable, offering a rare, luxurious experience that is incredibly easy to sip. This is a special-occasion wine caught at its absolute peak of elegance.

Petaluma Merlot is medium body with a brick red colour, the superbly perfumed bouquet is a tangle of marzipan, spice, plum and confectionery and is the best nose of the early Petalumas. On the palate, flavours of cherry, plum and spice emerge, with very good depth and complexity.

Katnook Prodigy Shiraz is a wonderful example of great Coonawarra Shiraz. Savoury spice and dark berry fruits with a hint of white pepper. An elegant wine with medium intensity and great length. Amazingly concentrated for current drinking, the Prodigy will benefit for over decade in the cellar.

The Malleea (an aboriginal word for 'green paddock') is a very fine exapmle of the classic Australian Cabernet/Shiraz blend. The 2008 is rich, dark magenta in colour, with ripe plums, spice and vanillin oak on the nose. The palate is like a complex fruit cake with layers of fresh berries, black olives and hints of chocolate.
