From the stable of Devils Lair, Fifth Leg is a blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot that is a soft and supple drink-now style. The quality of the Margaret River fruit gives it flavour which will appeal to the serious red wine drinker as well.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

Having worked closely with the growers over the years, they share Peter's belief in growing wine, not just grapes, and work with the winemaking team to keep yields low and produce a complex wine, with rich and firm dark fruit flavour.

This wine is a celebration of Grant Burge as a 5th generation Barossa vigneron. This rich Cabernet Merlot has concentrated redcurrant and dark plum flavours, supported by fine tannins and spicy oak. This Clare Valley Cabernet from Taylors shows ample varietal blackcurrant flavour seasoned with some attractive sweet oak. The tannins are firm but nicely in balance.
