Macaw Creek Reserve Shiraz Cabernet is a complex blend of Shiraz and Cabernet grapes, resulting in a dark red hued wine. The attractive and vibrant bouquet gives way to a rich and fresh palate brimming with flavours of choc mint and ripe blackberry fruit coupled with vanillin and mocha oak notes. The fine and firm tannins fuse with these intense flavours to end in a delicate and persistent finish.
