The Langmeil Resurrection Mataro has aromas of bright, blue and jammy fruits, with hints of white pepper and savoury notes. Juicy blue fruits flow over the tongue with white pepper and brambley spice giving great complexity. A medium bodied wine with fine tannin and a lovely, spicy finish.

Laughing Jack Greenock Shiraz is sourced from vineyards exclusively in the Greenock sub-region of the Barossa Valley. Located in the Valley's western edge, Greenock imparts warm, plush fruit characters with a dark chocolate and leather backbone. The Laughing Jack shows all of these qualities in abundance, especially the dark chocolate aspect with real concentration of flavour. A very powerful wine.

Château Tanunda Dahlitz Merlot displays lifted aromas of blueberry and plum supported by juicy dark berry fruits and chocolate and a hint of vanilla on the palate. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine-grained tannins from fifteen months' maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels.

The grapes were picked in the cool of the early morning, crushed and pressed after a short period on skins to extract colour. Part of the blend was cold settled, and part was stirred on juice lees with protective yeast to enhance fruit flavour and texture. After these processes were complete, juices were clarified, and the wine was fermented at a cool temperature using a yeast specifically used for expressive Rosé wines over 14 days. After fermentation, the wine was matured on gross lees for a short period to gain additional texture before fining, filtration, and bottling. Medium pink with a salmon hue. Fragrant and expressive, lifted aromas of strawberries, white cherries, and a delicate floral thread of rose petals and orange blossom. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate is juicy yet elegant. Ripe red fruits, raspberry and watermelon, supported by a generous mid palate and a gentle hint of strawberry cream texture. Preferably enjoyed alongside grilled squid, charcuterie, or a summer heirloom tomato salad with burrata and basil.

Made in the classical provencal style, this Rosé is made by pressing and fermenting the grapes as if creating a white wine.
