With not only Robert 'Bob' Oatley's signature on the label, the wine itself has the signature of winemaker Larry Cherubino all over it. Supple and elegant along power and poise are all trademarks of the award winning WA winemaker; all of which are on display here with the Signature Series Chardonnay from Margaret River. Stone fruit notes greet the nose which are then reflected onto the palate that has a length of flavour befitting of a premium Chardonnay.

Forester Estate Sauvignon Blanc has clean aromas with underlying richness and varietal fruit characters of lychee and passionfruit. There's a subtle hint of blackcurrant along with lime and well integrated cedar oak. There is a herbaceous thread through the wine of pea shell and nettle along with underlying wood smoke. On the palate, full and textured with a rich creamy texture. There is lychee, lemon thyme, nettle, roasted red capsicum and passionfruit along with balanced cedar oak and wood smoke.

Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.

The wines of Fraser Gallop Estate are intensely flavoured, textured and complex. Only the finest quality French oak barrels are used for all Fraser Gallop Estate wines, with very specific Bordelais coopers used for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends, and Burgundian coopers for the Chardonnay. The complete winemaking process takes place at the estate - picking to vinification to barrel maturation to bottling to cellaring. Fraser Gallop Estate is an estate grown, produced and bottled wine. The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Franklin, son of John, has sourced some of the most prestigious vineyard sites in Margaret River and has highly regarded winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to hand-craft the quality wines, like this traditional Chardonnay.

The MadFish range by traditional Margaret River producer, Howard Park, is one of great value and regionality. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend is a Western Australian staple with gooseberry flavours along with real citrus zest lift and a cleansing back palate. But it is the complexity in this wine that is truly remarkable and something that isn't often seen in this blend.
