Fragrant and energetic, the nose has an abundance of lycee, kiwifruit and blackcurrant with lime curd and lemon sherbet. The team at Hay Shed Hill has selected the best vineyard blocks on their Margaret River estate to create the Block Series. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the oldest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines in the region. Full straw with yellow green hue, it presents a plush honeydew melon and warm honey mix with guava and lime juice generosity. The developing palate has a mouth-filling and harmonious mix of lime and melon with deeper traces of tropical fruits and touches of biscuit and honey chiming in on the finish. A complex barrel fermented style and ready to drink.

This great little dry white is zesty, clean and fresh, delivering all the fruity goodness your heart could desire.

Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is delicate yet full, the palate is distinctively lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity, giving direction and finesse.

The MadFish range by traditional Margaret River producer, Howard Park, is one of great value and regionality. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend is a Western Australian staple with gooseberry flavours along with real citrus zest lift and a cleansing back palate.
