Fragrant and energetic, the nose has an abundance of lycee, kiwifruit and blackcurrant with lime curd and lemon sherbet. Thai basil, sliced fennel, ginger and citrus blossom sit neatly in the background. A gentle entry leads to a delicately textured mid palate. Bursting lemon, lime and grapefruit dominate throughout with bright acidity, a slightly savoury line and a talc-like finish.

Abundantly ripe bouquet of stone fruits, white peach and nectarines mingled with fine buttery oak undertones. Creamy powerful, complex, mouth filling with a persistant dry finish.

Pale straw colour with nettles, limes, guava and tropical fruits combine to produce a complex nose, which is enhanced with some butterscotch lees characters. The palate is vibrant and fresh with a lovely concentration of tropical and subtle tropical flavours. The wine finishes with persistence and a lingering attractive textural flavour.

Bright aromas of passionfruit, citrus, and box hedge. Tropical fruit flavours are framed by a fresh minerality and crisp finish.

A deliciously complex Sauvignon Blanc. It’s crunchy and structured with white stone fruits and a touch of juniper and cucumber. It sees a very small amount of French oak to add an extra creamy layer.

From the near perfect 2018 vintage this wine is typical of the style that comes from Margaret River tropical fruit mineral layers, and crisp acidity.

The palate has a fuller style that has great texture and freshness with dried herbs and citrus at the forefront. The wine finishes long and clean with lingering herbaceous characters and mineral acidity.
