Longviews Shiraz has all the hallmarks of a cool-climate style - spicy, savoury with crunchy berry fruit. The Barbera provides a juicy, cherry-like brightness and taut acid backbone that gives the wine wonderful structure.

The dark crimson hued Mitchell Sevenhill Cabernet Sauvignon exudes classic Clare Valley characteristics and flavours. The nose is strong with berry aromas as well as hints of dusty new French oak scents. This is an elegant, powerful and full flavoured wine with firm tannins that could develop even more after 5 to 10 years of cellaring. It is a wonderful accompaniment to beef and venison.

A delicious modern Australian version of an old world classic. This is a full bodied wine with complex layers of flavour. At its core is rich blackcurrant, and dark cherry, beautifully melding with dark chocolate and hints of charry oak with supple underlying tannins. Overall a very generous, balanced and most enjoyable wine.

The Inclination Cabernet Merlot is dark crimson in colour with purple hues. The nose has black currants, dark cherries, and plums with a mix of toasty oak. The palate is full-bodied but soft, with flavours of berry, black currant, and plums.
