Zonte's Footstep has been on a quest to grow the world's best white varieties for more than a decade and this Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc fulfills this goal. Refreshing, tart flavours of citrus combine with gooseberry to create a tangy, mouth-watering finish. Exquisite, varietal and moreish.

Campbell Mattinson Meaty and spicy with black cherry and plum flavours rumbling throughout. The tannin feels dry and sturdy, the fruit brooding and dark, but the floral and sweet meat characters here lend it both a prettiness and a touch of the exotic.

Deep red colour, the nose shows lifted Cabernet aromas of cassis, dried herbs and a hint of mint along with subtle sweet oak notes. The palate displays ripe, cool climate Cabernet flavours of blackcurrant and dried herbs and with subtle sweet oak flavours. Medium bodied yet with good concentration of flavour, this wine is well supported with fine grained tannins which give the wine structure and length. Whilst approachable now this wine will reward medium term cellaring of 5 to 10 years.

The Inclination Cabernet Merlot is dark crimson in colour with purple hues. The nose has black currants, dark cherries, and plums with a mix of toasty oak. The palate is full-bodied but soft, with flavours of berry, black currant, and plums.

A quintessential example of the region, this Adelaide Hills Cabernet Sauvignon has rich, ripe berry and minty leaf characteristics, well integrated with fine vanillin oak notes. Deep cherry red in colour with a crimson hue.
