This Cabernet Shiraz blend from Majella, icons of Coonawarra, is all about bright youthful fruit. Made with little oak influence, the upfront mulberry and blackcurrant characters are supported by fine lingering tannins.

The Reserve Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon has an impenetrable black colour; it is very fragrant with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, fresh tobacco and sweet pepper. The palate is intense and concentrated with a fine structure showing abundant blackberry, cassis, minerals and light toasty oak notes that combine to give a long persistent finish

The label pays reference to talented young winemaker Elena Brooks who wears steel cap boots in the day but carries a pair of high heels in the back of the ute, just in case of emergencies.
