The textural palate has fine tanning, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours. A deeply coloured wine with great depth and varietal definition. This wine has been carefully blended with vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink.

The vineyard produces consistently excellent Cabernet Sauvignon with layers of black fruit, leafy overtones and tobacco notes. As is the Greenock Creek tradition, this wine will reward patience and cellaring, while being deliciously approachable as a young wine.
