This attractive Sauvignon Blanc is pale lemon in colour with aromas of ripe tropical fruit and freshly cut grass. The palate displays racy acidity with great intensity of fruit flavour and a long persistent finish.

Jim Barry is a master of Riesling and this 2014 vintage won't disappoint. It opens with aromas of lifted spice, orange blossom and lime. This offers a huge volume of flavour of grapefruit, lime and spice, with a palate that exhibits great line and drive. There is a creaminess to the palate balanced by the crisp acidity on the finish.

Mount Horrocks Semillon strikes the perfect balance between being aromatic and oaked. It also strides the line by being more full-bodied than Riesling but lighter than Chardonnay. Take pleasure as you swirl the pale straw wine in your glass, sniff the shy but appealing apple and ripe pear aromas, and sip the vibrant and refreshing fruit flavours of apple, white peach and lemon. The vanillin oak influence renders a silky texture, leading to a complex, elegant, long and dry finish. Match this wine with seafood such as oysters, crab, clams, fish and prawns. The fruit for this wine was sourced from the famous Watervale region off the Castine family Golf House vineyard. A classic dry style of Riesling with provocative lime, lemon and floral aromas.
