Deliciously crunchy and bright, this Pinot Noir was picked early to preserve natural acidity and to give its juicy, red-fruit driven palate. Made from South Australian Pinot Noir grapes, bottled young and recommended to be served with a slight chill. Light red hues, with raspberry and cherry spice aromas. The palate is light to mid bodied in style, with slick refined varietal tannins, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light luminous red hue. Pronounced freshly crushed cherry and strawberry aromas mix with some inky earth and spicy herb notes. Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits are interwoven with subtle inky earth and dried herb elements. Soft fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes fresh with a savoury red fruited aftertaste.
