Located in the southwestern part of Hungary, the Pannon AOP is a large, undulating region covering approximately 8000ha. The variety of slopes and different exposures makes it suited to the growing of a large variety of red winegrapes, including Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as indigenous Hungarian varieties. Vibrant dark crimson in colour, with abundant notes of ripe raspberries, red cherries and gentle spice. Brown Brothers Dolcetto & Syrah is a firm favourite of sweet red wine lovers. It is deep red in colour with pinky purple hues, sweet fruit and red berries on the nose. The palate shows strawberries and a hint of musk with a long sweet mid palate and a long soft finish.

This Pinot Noir offers aromas of dark cherry, plum and spice; with flavours of ripe cherry and plum, it is elegant with a smooth finish. Enjoy with mushroom risotto.

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish.

Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light luminous red hue. Pronounced freshly crushed cherry and strawberry aromas mix with some inky earth and spicy herb notes. Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits are interwoven with subtle inky earth and dried herb elements. Soft fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes fresh with a savoury red fruited aftertaste. Elephant In The Room Pinot Noir is a dark blood red in colour with a expressive nose of ripe plums, dark berries and a hint of forest floor. The palate is fruit driven with a core of supple red berry and cherry flavours high lighted by smoky spice complexity. Bright acidity and fine tannins provide definition to the long finish.
