The palate of this modern Australian Chardonnay is lush with flavours of green apple, white peach and flint. Subtle influences of oak and sharp acidity give line and length to the finish. This white varietal can be enjoyed with crispy pork belly or mushroom risotto.

The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The Italian grape, Fiano, is one of Australia's key alternate grape varieties. It is perfectly suited to the climate of the Hunter Valley. An unwooded style, the wine has intense varietal characteristics with aromas of pear and spice. The palate is perfectly balanced between fruit intensity and textural elements from the solids ferment, with a brisk acidity. A food friendly wine ready for immediate enjoyment. Made in the classic Hunter Valley style, Hungerford Hill Semillon offers aromas of herbal, citrus and lemon. Wonderful line of acid and complexity running through the entire length of this wine.

An early ripening grape perfectly suited to the warm climate of the lower Hunter Valley. The small berries retain their acidity and produce fragrant white wines with intense flavour. the cool 2022 vintage has produced a beautifully aromatic wine with tropical fruit and refreshing natural acidity.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.
