For nearly a decade, Shaun and Liz have been producing award winning wines for a number of the Hunter Valley’s most successful brands. The Italian grape, Fiano, is one of Australia's key alternate grape varieties. It is perfectly suited to the climate of the Hunter Valley. An unwooded style, the wine has intense varietal characteristics with aromas of pear and spice. The palate is perfectly balanced between fruit intensity and textural elements from the solids ferment, with a brisk acidity. A food friendly wine ready for immediate enjoyment. Hungerford Hill Verdelho has proven itself to be best suited to warmer viticultural climates, such as the Hunter Valley, where a complex unwooded style flavour ripeness is achieved and expressed early in the growing season allowing a fuller flavoured aromatic white wine. Brilliant youthful green in colour. A pungent aroma of spicy citrus, musk stick and hints of lavender whilst the palate is constant and complemented with hints of lemon and passionfruit with a subtle linear acid structure.

Great example of classic Hunter Valley Semillon. Refreshing lime and herbaceous flavours with underlying toasty honey characters starting to develop.Still aging very well with many years to come.

This Chardonnay delights with a vibrant interplay of citrus and nectarine notes, subtly kissed by French oak. The natural acidity contributes to its remarkable length and driving energy, leading to a delightful finale of vanilla pannacotta and hazelnuts

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.

An outstanding Hunter Semillon with citrus and lemongrass on the nose and a full rich middle palate with a long crisp finish. Enjoy it now while young or cellar for a more rounded complex style.

The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.
