Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip. Old Kempton Distillery's Small Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky is hand crafted on a magnificent heritage-listed property in Kempton, Tasmania, first gazetted to sell spirits in 1836. Weary travellers would stop at the coaching inn overnight on their ride between northern and southern Tasmania and the local innkeeper would revive them with aq good dram. Today, the tradition continues with Tasmanian barley double distilled through our copper pot stills and patiently matured in small oak casks, creating delicious, rich, balanced Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky - The perfect small cask matured dram.

An independent bottling from Gordon &; MacPhail of Glenturret single malt scotch whisky. This independent take on the Glenturret spirit offers sweet peat, ripe banana and cocoa powder with a smooth, creamy body. Truly an easy drinking Highland malt.

The Coachhouse Cask Strength pays tribute to the temporary location of our distillery when we first moved to Dysart House. The historic coach house was home to our distillery until the new distillery building was completed in 2021. During this time, the coach house played an integral role in the story of Old Kempton Distillery, producing whiskies that will be enjoyed far into the future. This cask strength release is a collection of carefully selected casks that beautifully capture the flavour profile at the heart of Old Kempton whisky. To achieve this, we select cask types from across our range, including Tasmanian Pinot Noir and Australian Fortified Wine casks, and match them together to create a perfect balance between the bright fruit and rich malt style of Old Kempton spirit and the layers of complexity which comes with age and maturation. This whisky drinks well either as it is, or with a touch of water.

St Agnes XO Imperial 20 Year Old is a deep amber in colour.The nose is a myriad of crýme caramel, toffee apples and Christmas cake with underlying chocolate, apricots and almonds. The palate is long with ethereal rancio characters of truffle, walnut, chocolate and poached pear.
