An unbelievable blend of the finest Rums in the Zacapa collection, the XO is an amazing drink. It is hard to fathom how so much flavour can be coaxed into a bottle yet remain so smooth.

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.

Clement LElixir comes from the blend of rums aged 6 years. A vintage that has aromatic characteristics. An abundance of delicately woody notes and the playfulness of spicy flavours sign the general aromatic profile of this vintage. The scents of cinnamon coexist with those of dry dates. Gingerbread and mocha punctuate the tasting of an exquisite gourmandise.

Grilled summer peaches, a note we strive for in our new make spirit, rounds out this whisky with sweet complexity. Meaning beauty in japanese, Bi is one of Houraisen's flagship sake's. It is a very elegant style of the highest grade of sake, Junmai Daiginjo. Tank matured for 10 months at 10 degrees in order to have a rounder and more mellow character, it has a nose that indicates sweet fruits with the palate showing good balance between the gentle acidity and the sweet fruit flavours.

From the tallest stills in Scotland come Glenmorangies winning release - Glenmorangie Signet. Founded in 1843 and perfected by the men of tain Glenmorangie is renowned as a pioneer in the field and this latest release is no exception. This is in no small part thanks to Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, recently named Distiller Of The Year at the 2016 International Whisky Competition. The Signet is a blend of Glenmorangies oldest and rarest whiskies - distilled over thirty years ago and matured in a selection of the worlds finest casks, undoubtedly the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. Boasting melting sweetness and explosive spiciness thanks to the use of roasted chocolate barley malt and designer American white oak casks made especially for Glenmorangie.
