Fresh wood barrel dominates the spirit with a touch of vanilla and flowers that bring to breath of nectar, maltose, tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak & coffee beans; medium wood intergration, then finish with a sweet aftertaste of maltose. Very smooth, rounded full pallet and easy to drink.

The E.J. Carr Late Disgorged is a special, 30th anniversary release housed in a limited 1566 bottle edition. This spectacular wine is a true showcase of the prestige of the House of Arras style with its hallmark craftsmanship of extended lees aging - this wine for almost two decades. The Bouquet, Aromas of classical lemon curd and marzipan intertwine with hints of fresh brioche, field mushroom, truffle and caramelised walnuts. The Palate, An elegant and refined palate with notes of lemon curd, roasted almond and nougat alongside underlying yeasty and creme brulee characters. The low dosage accentuates the vivacity and purity of the fruit. Undergoing 16 years in tirage allows superb depth and complexity to the palate. Enjoy as an aperitif and as a versatile accompaniment to an array of gastronomy, most notably fresh seafood. A light engaging whisky with fragrant aromas, it was double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain depth of character. Colour Rich dark golden. Nose Bright fragrant aromas with hints of vanilla, honey and pears. Taste A surprisingly gentle mouthfeel with subtle sweet bourbon notes, vanilla, honey and green fruit.
