Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River Shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

The 2025 Mount Trio Sangiovese Rose from Geographe is a true testament to the terroir of Western Australia. This delicate and elegant wine boasts a beautiful pale salmon pink hue, reminiscent of a summer sunset. On the nose, aromas of freshly picked strawberries and ripe watermelon dance with delicate hints of rose petals and a subtle minerality. Made by iconic winery Howard Park, the fruit for MadFish Gold Turtle Shiraz is sourced from the South West of the state where Shiraz thrives. This wine has sweet berry and spice characters complemented by a touch of white pepper and well handled French oak. Lovely!

The Vasse Felix Cane Cut has complex aromas of lemon meringue and ginger nut, with hints of vanilla spice. A lovely viscous, silky mouthfeel provides richness and texture.
