Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life. Keen on wine, but not a fan of the boar, he went on an adventure to Marlborough and Central Otago seeking out Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé wines with a difference. Pale salmon colour it is a crisp, silky smooth style of Sparkling Rose. Intensely aromatic on the nose and tastes full and luscious on the palate.

Gomersal Wines is nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley and embraces the district's traditional approach to winemaking. Lifted aromas of cherry and spice combine with a palate of dark chocolate, red berries and fine tannins, to produce a full flavoured wine with excellent length.

Taken from the pristine terra rossa over limestone soils in Wrattonbully, this Cabernet Malbec blend shows the trademark bright fruit and deep flavours associated with the region. The cool air flow and long sunshine hours in this area provides extended ripening and hence complexity. It's bright and fresh aromas are matched by a rich interior which shows wonderful fruit expression. Unlike the average son, Favourite Son will repay over the years showing great potential for cellaring.

Tasting Note: This Pinot is a medium bodied, elegant example of what the cool climate of the Mount Gambier region can produce. The aroma has a dark cherry and raspberry lift with a touch of cedar. The palate is savoury and elegant, with subtle oak, fine tannin structure and hint of earthy spice on the finish. Winemaker’s Note: Grown in the limestone gravel soils of Mount Gambier, a region rich in volacnic history and home to the mysterious Blue Lake. Sourced from two blocks then cold soaked prior to fermentation. It spent 18 days on skins and then transferred to oak for 16 months, 10% new French. Vintage Note: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. This extended the growing season with a long and slow ripening period. The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours and fine ripe tannins.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

Bin 138 is inspired by the wines of Southern Rhône, where Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro are blended to create full-bodied wines. Each year fruit for Bin 138 is sourced from old Barossa Valley vines (some more than 100 years old) and matured for 12 to 15 months in seasoned oak hogsheads to allow the different varietals to shine through. Bin 138 is defined by its distinctive plum, raspberry pastille and underlying spicy notes. The first vintage release of this varietal blend was the 1992, labelled Old Vine Barossa Valley it was then elevated to Bin status for the 1998 vintage. Medium-bodied and refined, expect an initial outer husk of berried flavours followed by a mid-palate burst of fruits. Full-bodied dry red. Deep red with purple hues, rich plum, blackberry and spice overlaid with vanillin oak. Layered blackberry, raspberry and mulberry with chocolate, spice and silky tannins and a wonderfully textured finish.
