Margaret River continues to produce fantastically crisp, clean and refreshing Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends and this is a market leader for good reason. Snow pea and passionfruit characters jump across the palate with a sublte finish to enable easy food matching.

Fresh citrus notes on the nose followed by hints of passionfruits on the nose - This makes for a great summer time wine with light and easy meals.

Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. All-in-all, it's a very versatile wine that pairs well with many cuisines.

Sauvignon Blanc is famous for zesty white wines from France's Loire Valley or from New Zealand. Grown in Israel's Adulam region, it yields intensely aromatic, vibrant wines.
