Four Pillars sourced olive leaf and olive oil from Cobram Estate, in northern Victoria after visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest. Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish.
