Winemaking The fruit for this zero percent alcohol Shiraz was carefully selected from early ripening sites to express the ripe flavours at lower sugar levels. Traditional and gentle winemaking techniques were used to ensure the wine retains its bright aromatics and fresh fruit flavours. Modern alcohol removal technology was used to eliminate the alcohol from this Shiraz, without compromising the quality. The Wine This alcohol removed Shiraz displays purple and crimson hues which lead to an intensely perfumed nose of violet, red fruits, and spice.
