One of our lovely team members, Sandra, came up with the concept for this label when we mentioned a classy new wine was on the way. In the same way as the Common Heath is a quintessential expression of Victoria's flora, this 2022 release Pinot Noir combines fine parcels of wine, individually sourced from various sites across Victoria. Pretty and lifted with beautiful red fruits; strawberry and raspberry with hints of cherry cola. The palate is soft and smooth with fruitiness flowing through. Soft velvety tannins to finish. A fine match with chicken in red wine, spicy roasted vegetables, with feta and couscous or sipped solo. Excellent value Pinot!

Vibrant purple in colour with lifted aroma's of ripe plum with blackberry, bramble, with a touch of nutmeg and spice. The rich palate shows, black cherry and blue fruits with evolving savoury characters with complementary smooth tannins and fruit length.
