The Parson GSM is a traditional take on three of McLaren Vale's most important and historical varieties. The wine displays hints of rosemary and aniseed the nose. Paxton Rosé combines Shiraz & Grenache, grown using the Paxton smart farming program that focuses on soil health and biodiversity. The bright fruit characters are those of a healthy vineyard. Serafino Sorrento Rose is sourced from our Grenache and Montepulciano vineyards in McLaren Vale. The label is a collaboration with local artist Sarah McDonald and Serafino Wines. This wine is a fruit driven style with strawberry and cream flavours that will leave you feeling refreshed. Enjoy!

Restrained and supple, lots of ripe dark plum, pepper and spice of Shiraz with the rose petal perfume lift and red cherry taste of Grenache. Lovely lightness and brightness to the back palate with a faint dried herbal and savoury edge, making it terrific immediate drinking but will cellar nicely for 5-10 years.
