There is a delicate perfume of Kirsch and dried strawberry with underlying dried bouquet garni. This is a light to medium-bodied wine with a supple yet generously flavoured palate.

Rich red in colour, with aromas of strawberry, cherries, autumnal leaves and anise combined with fine French oak. Loaded with flavours of red and dark fruits layers of spice followed by silky savoury tannins. A somewhat quirky and intriguing blend you might question, but bring together cool climate Yarra Valley Shiraz with the bright, bouncy and juicy Gamay (a la Beaujolais) and the result is a seamless mix that's medium bodied, brimming with layers of perfumed red and dark berry fruits. Peppery spice and a delicious savoury finish complete the package.
