Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is partially barrel fermented combining the strengths of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc to deliver an aromatic wine of strong citrus & grassy characters, tropical fruits, complexity and wonderful balance. It comes from the talented hands of Clive Otto.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.

In the winery: Once settled, the clear juice was racked and inoculated with a selected white wine yeast and fermented at 12-15ºC for 15 days. In the glass: Very pale lemon green. On the nose: Lemongrass, lemon and white grapefruit.On the palate: Light yet so flavoursome and refined with on-point acidity providing sherbet-like lightness. Long with the acidity to age well.
