Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of ripe peaches, stone fruits and fig with a delicious waft of wild honey and native wildflowers. Fresh lifted aromas of lemon, lime, guava and pineapple. On the palate, zesty flavours of lemon, lime and grapefruit with a small portion of Semillon adding complexity and mouth feel before leading to a crisp dry finish.

The Deep Woods Estate Hillside Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can be enjoyed on release but will find further complexity over the next two to three years. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit and the aroma of nectarine, ripe citrus and white blossom.

Evans & Tate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, clear pale lemon-green in colour with aroma of fresh cut grass, passion fruit with a hint of elderflower on the nose.
