The palate is soft and juicy with a velvety finish.

The Yellow Tail Shiraz has aromas of ripe berries and sweet vanilla. Spicy, sweet fruit flavours on the palate are matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins.

Yellow Tail Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, plum and cherry flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish.

Flavabom Vine Dried Shiraz delivers flavour with depth and concentration. Single vineyard, the vine-dried Shiraz grapes grown in the estate's soils, are the backbone to this intense style of this beautiful red. Merlot is the perfect varietal for those who like their red wines on the smooth side. Soft, velvety and plush with fruit characters of plum, blueberry and blackcurrant, Hardy's have produced a wonderful easy drinking red wine with the added bonus of being bottled in a larger 1L bottle adding great value.

Jacob's Creek Pinot Noir is a fresh and spicy medium-bodied wine yet full flavoured and a great accompaniment to robust dishes.

Baily & Baily Silhouette Cabernet Sauvignon is one to be savoured. Subtle oak undertones give this an edge, working beautifully with the rich blackberry and spice aroma and a delicious palate that's packed full of red fruit flavour. A silky texture makes it incredibly accessible.
