BARBERA 2024 Grown in the Adelaide region, which boasts a Mediterranean climate ideally suited to this variety, this vibrant red has a bright ruby colour and aromatic notes ofblack cherry, plum, and a touch of licorice. The palate is dominated by dark fruit, framed by its high acidity, and perfectly balanced with soft, approachable tannins.

Salmos is a Priorat wine, a blend between Carignan, Grenache & Syrah, that manages to achieve an unparalleled balance between power and elegance. Dark ruby red. Water Wheel is a historic winery located in the traditional wine region of Bendigo in central Victoria. Winemaker Peter Cumming continually produces a Shiraz with aromas of ripe berries, white pepper and chocolate that are also reflected on the palate which also displays attractive regional and varietal character.
