An elegant and fine-boned cool climate Shiraz from the emerging wine region of the Canberra District. The wine is packed with spicy aromatics from pepper and bay leaf to marzipan and violets. Red fruit flavours run to blackberry and beef stock, carried by savoury, grainy tannins.

Made by Rose Kentish from Ulithorne at Domaine de la Sangliere, on the south coast of Provence, near Toulon. Vineyard and Vinification are run under organic principals. Pale Salmon-pink hue, a blend of Cinsault and Grenache. Fresh grapefruit with a hint of Rose Petals and red fruits of Strawberries and a long, dry, fresh finish.

The Bryson Family vineyard produces superb fruit in the heart of South Australia, which is then handcrafted by winemaker Ben Riggs. Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz is an explosion of ripe dark berry fruits on the palate. Full bodied and ready to go this wine certainly delivers in spades.

The 100ha Mira Luna property (including its 7ha vineyard) is part of the much larger Miraval estate and was retained by its American owner, Tom Bove, when he sold to Brad Pitt in 2008. Mira Luna means, roughly, moon-watch. The sites elevation, limestone soils and undulating landscape make its vineyard one of the best in the superior Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. Since 1993 Bove has renovated and replanted, adopted organic practices and kept yields low all in the name of improving quality. A blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre (Shiraz and Mataro to us), Mira Luna is a dry rosé wine of substance, with more texture and richness than the norm but no less purity and freshness.

With the stunning scents of watermelon, raspberries and Turkish delights, this zesty light pink Rosé, is a dry, yet succulent wine with fresh acidity and fine texture. Allée Bleue Shiraz Rosé Produced predominantly from Shiraz grapes, this wine boasts a vibrant bouquet. Bursts of strawberry aromas give way to a fresh palate of red berries, candy floss, and a hint of Turkish delight, with a spicy acidity that demands a second glass. Ideal partner for Alfresco-style luncheons. Pairs well with big flavours, such as anchovy, garlic and other spices.
