Blackberry core with a strawberry rim. A pretty nose of blackcurrant and primary fruits, youthful and fresh. Quite light and juicy on the palate. A touch smoky and savoury with blackcurrant and cherry. Fresh tannins that are drying but fine, integrated alcohol, light oak influence.

A beautifully soft and supple shiraz displaying all the virtues of this variety. Aromas of plum laced with dark chocolate and roasted coffee bean. The palate comes together beautifully with the integration of fine-grained oak and silky fine tannins. A little blue fruit character edges in on the nose before moving into the palate.

Bright red cherry, brambleberry, a touch of flint and earthy notes on the nose, delicately structured with cranberry and mineral nuances with balanced acidity providing length. Smoky, savoury and herbal notes add complexity. The palate is light and juicy. A slightly denser and riper vintage than the previous vintage. Tim Knappstein became a third generation vigneron when he commenced his career in the family company, Stanley Wines, making his first wine in 1966, after graduating from the Roseworthy College Oenology course. Strawberry and cherry with a light crisp texture made for current drinking. Well balanced throughout - good acid with light to medium tannins and good finish.

This expressive Pinot Noir from Eden Road displays intensity and lifted aromas of red cherries, currants and clovey spice. The palate is concentrated in bright red fruits, dark plum and warm spices, with good structured acidity, embedded in silky, plush tannins. All follows through with great length and richness in flavour.

From Victoria's first vineyard comes Little Yering, a bright, youthful and delicious Pinot Noir from Victoria's home for the variety, the Yarra Valley. Sourced from vineyards in the upper Yarra and the valley floor itself to provide a perfect balance between lifted aromas and notes of savouriness along with lush, rich and mouth-filling juice from the flats.
