Fragrant and energetic, the nose has an abundance of lycee, kiwifruit and blackcurrant with lime curd and lemon sherbet. Thai basil, sliced fennel, ginger and citrus blossom sit neatly in the background. A gentle entry leads to a delicately textured mid palate. Bursting lemon, lime and grapefruit dominate throughout with bright acidity, a slightly savoury line and a talc-like finish.

Abundantly ripe bouquet of stone fruits, white peach and nectarines mingled with fine buttery oak undertones. Creamy powerful, complex, mouth filling with a persistant dry finish.

Pale straw colour with nettles, limes, guava and tropical fruits combine to produce a complex nose, which is enhanced with some butterscotch lees characters. The palate is vibrant and fresh with a lovely concentration of tropical and subtle tropical flavours. The wine finishes with persistence and a lingering attractive textural flavour.

From the near perfect 2018 vintage this wine is typical of the style that comes from Margaret River tropical fruit mineral layers, and crisp acidity.

Grape variety - 99% Semillon, 1% Sauvignon Blanc. Colour - Pale straw-green. Aroma - Clean and ripe with lime, lychee, pineapple, candied lemon and snow pea. The wine exhibits a nose with lifted aromas of passion fruit, guava and exciting tropical fruits. The palate is fine with a lovely, nervy acidity and an effortlessly long and dry finish. This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was fermented cool and matured over three months on lees to build complexity and palate length.
