Introducing 36 Short (Pando's suit size) Barrel Aged Gin, a one of a kind regional spirit made for great times and handcrafted in South Australia. 36 Short Barrel Aged Gin is golden in colour and has a unique taste of vanilla and spices which gives this gin a depth of sophistication to truly be enjoyed over ice neat or in your favourite cocktail.

This beautiful blend starts off with using the Classic Gin as the base and blended with Elderflower and Rose to create a unique Pink Gin Liqueur. Best enjoyed with fresh muddled lime and a splash of soda water, or mixed half and half with sparkling wine.

Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.
