Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey

To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

Teeling 30 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

The Teeling Vintage Reserve 30 Year Old Platinum bottling is one of the oldest Single Malt Irish whiskeys ever released. This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. Having been distilled in 1983 and allowed to rest for over 30 years in Bourbon cask, this limited edition whiskey has been hand selected by our Master Blender for its distinctive taste qualities. The whiskey has inherited a huge amount of character over its 30 year journey leading to a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours and a long luxurious finish. The Teeling Vintage Reserve 30 Year Old Platinum bottling is exceptional not only in taste but also in its rarity.

Bruichladdich Classic Laddie

This single malt Scotch whisky has been crafted by master distiller Jim McEwan from individually selected casks to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style. Unpeated, it is the signature bottling and the definitive Bruichladdich. Made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak. The palate entry is so refined and refreshing, the sweet oak and the barley arriving together sending the taste buds into raptures. The fruits from Distillation drift in on an Atlantic breeze and pop on the tongue like champagne bubbles. A combination of ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt bring closure.

From the tallest stills in Scotland come Glenmorangies winning release - Glenmorangie Signet. Founded in 1843 and perfected by the men of tain Glenmorangie is renowned as a pioneer in the field and this latest release is no exception. This is in no small part thanks to Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, recently named Distiller Of The Year at the 2016 International Whisky Competition. The Signet is a blend of Glenmorangies oldest and rarest whiskies - distilled over thirty years ago and matured in a selection of the worlds finest casks, undoubtedly the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. Boasting melting sweetness and explosive spiciness thanks to the use of roasted chocolate barley malt and designer American white oak casks made especially for Glenmorangie.
