Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Full ginger beer taste and full beer strength (5.3% to be exact). The Ginja Ninja is brewed with local Tumut region Batlow apples. It has almost no carbs as most of the sugar is fermented out of it. This one is a tropical stout but if youre expecting something exotically fruity, youll be surprised. The style is all about using lager yeast and the result is a full-bodied, silky stout. Chocolate and coffee flavours are topped off by rum and raisin notes for a smooth finish with a sweet back note.
